physically tiring pe session
had pe this morning... first 2 lessons. was talkin to ben n both of us were hopin' that it rained.. hahaz. bud it didnt =( so... still had pe... n i thot shud b jus another normal session.. nth too tough or too slack yeah. did the normal 2 rounds warm-up... sum stretchin then it was chin-up.. ha thats still okay la.
onli after mr lim took over.. then everything starts to be different. at te start of it, he already said today's gonna b tiring for u guys and stuffs lidat.. and wat we eventually did was wat he called circuit trg... it goes like this:
01. 1 round
02. 30 push-ups (10 diamond, 10 wide and 10 normal)
03. superman exercise
04. 1 round
05. 40 sit-ups in 1 min
06. 1 round
07. 25 push-ups
08. 1 round
09. 20 dips
10. 1 round
11. 20 tucked jumps
12. 1 round
in addition, all the 6 rounds hafta be under 110 sec... heh. except the las round.. and imagine, all these exercises done continuously... seriously tiring man! at te end of the 6th round... my legs already went jelly... gosh. wat a way to start off my day... hai. bud shudnt complain.. next time in ns, it wun b a breeze loh... hmm. my 2.4km is like shit.. i gotta train up my 2.4km betta! -humpf-
